The Centralized Mail (CM) Portal is a modernized, flexible platform to automate key processes and fully integrate end-to-end Centralized Mail intake, conversion, and handling to increase efficiencies, improve processing speed, and prevent backlogs for Veterans’ benefits claims and appeals processing. The CM Portal is the centralized, secure, single access resource where authorized end users retrieve CM Packets (converted paper and electronic documents) for manual and automated processing to manage workflow
