Mobile Kidney app allows you to enter, view, and track personal information related to Kidney Health, so that it can be shared with your healthcare team.

You can use the current version of the app to:

• Review extended educational information covering the following kidney health and disease topic areas: Kidney information, Nutrition, Laboratory, Social Work Services, Pharmacy, and Treatment.

• Track your personal kidney health information for blood pressure and pulse, glucose and weight values.

• Create tracker-specific notifications to remind yourself to log health information into the app.

• View notifications received from your VA care team.

• Share elements of your health information with your care team.
