VA Online Scheduling (VAOS)

VA Online Scheduling is intended to allow Veterans to

• Directly schedule Primary Care appointments in facilities where a Veteran has a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)
• Request Primary Care and Mental Health appointments
• View or Cancel Booked Appointments
